The Seventh International Workshop on Adjoint Applications in Dynamic Meteorology
will take place
from Sunday 8 October 2006
to Friday 13 October 2006
in Obergurgl, Tyrol, Austria.
The workshop will be hosted by the
Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (IMGI) of the
University of Innsbruck.
Obergurgl is a small village in the southernmost part of the Ötztal Valley at an elevation of
about 1950 m surrounded by magnificent mountains and glaciers. Obergurgl is easily
accessible from Innsbruck (about one hour by car).
The meeting will take place at the
Universitätszentrum Obergurgl which is a self-contained conference facility accomodating
60 to 100 people. Similarly to locations where previous Adjoint Workshops were held,
the Universitätszentrum provides a
stimulating environment for our meeting at a reasonably inexpensive cost.

30 November 2006: final nominations of papers (including title, authors, expected number of pages) to martin.ehrendorfer@uibk.ac.at
end of February 2007: final date for submitting papers to metz@dmg-ev.de
15 April 2007: review phase of papers to be completed
end of May 2007: revised and final--version papers to reach editors; material to go to press
